1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused, in original condition, and includes all packaging, accessories, and invoice

⚠️ Important: An unboxing video is highly recommended as proof for damaged or missing items.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or installed products
  • Products damaged due to improper installation or handling
  • Items without original packaging
  • Customized or special-order products (if applicable)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Share order details, issue description, and photos/videos
  3. Our team will verify and approve the request
  4. Once approved, return pickup or further instructions will be provided

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is inspected and approved
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days

5. Replacement Policy

  • If the product is damaged or defective, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund
  • Approved replacements will be delivered within 7–10 days after successful verification

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

7. Shipping Charges

  • Free return shipping for damaged or incorrect items
  • For other approved returns (if applicable), shipping charges may be deducted

8. Important Notes

  • Slight variations in design, color, or finish may occur due to lighting and manufacturing processes
  • Installation should be done by a professional technician
  • Elarria is not responsible for damages caused after installation
