At Elarria, we are committed to delivering high-quality products, including Chandeliers, Premium Chandelier Fans, Panel Lights, and Magnetic Track Lights. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
- The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused, in original condition, and includes all packaging, accessories, and invoice
⚠️ Important: An unboxing video is highly recommended as proof for damaged or missing items.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or installed products
- Products damaged due to improper installation or handling
- Items without original packaging
- Customized or special-order products (if applicable)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share order details, issue description, and photos/videos
- Our team will verify and approve the request
- Once approved, return pickup or further instructions will be provided
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product is inspected and approved
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refund processing time: 5–10 business days
5. Replacement Policy
- If the product is damaged or defective, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund
- Approved replacements will be delivered within 7–10 days after successful verification
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
7. Shipping Charges
- Free return shipping for damaged or incorrect items
- For other approved returns (if applicable), shipping charges may be deducted
8. Important Notes
- Slight variations in design, color, or finish may occur due to lighting and manufacturing processes
- Installation should be done by a professional technician
- Elarria is not responsible for damages caused after installation
